As we navigate our ongoing response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, our top priority continues to be the safety and wellbeing of our patients and employees.
BCC offers in office, hybrid and virtual models of care and complies with state, local and CDC guidance with regard to COVID-19.
As of 4/1/22, the following protocols are in place:
- Patients and staff are strongly encouraged to know the signs and symptoms of COVID-19 and to self-screen for potential risk factors or symptoms. Patients or staff with current risk or symptoms should not present to the office.
- Mask wearing in the building will be optional at this time. However, in an effort to be respectful of high risk individuals, either the provider or the patient may request masking. In these situations, masking is considered mandatory for both parties. BCC can provide disposable masks for anyone in need.
- Protective barriers remain in place and hand sanitizer is available throughout the building. Social distancing is encouraged when possible.
- Walk-in services will resume although time spent in the waiting area will remain limited.
- Patient transport will resume but masking is required
by all parties in agency vehicles.
Thank you for helping us keep a safe place to receive care. Please check regularly for updates as COVID protocols are subject to change at any time.
