Admissions for New Clients:
What to Expect

When you call BCC, our receptionist will listen to what your needs are and based on that knowledge will transfer you to one of our specially trained Care Coordinators.

The Care Coordinators will act as your guide. Depending on your needs or that of a loved one, the Care Coordinator will set up an appointment with one of our counselors, psychiatrists, or physicians. Prior to scheduling the appointment, the following information will be needed:
  • First & Last Name
  • Address
  • Date of Birth
  • Social Security Number
  • Phone Number
  • Demographic Information
  • Email Address
  • Insurance information (please note that should the patient have private insurance, it may take up to two days to verify prior to scheduling an appointment)
  • Who referred you to BCC?

Walk-ins are welcome and should be prepared to provide the same information as above in regard to the in-take process. Please be aware that, although walk-ins may receive an appointment the same day, we cannot guarantee it will be immediately after the in-take process, so please plan accordingly.

Feel free to email us at intake@berkscc.org with questions or concerns. Email is the fastest way to get a response. Thank you.
