BCC has more than 25 years’ experience managing mental health and substance abuse crises and providing related support and services.
We maintain a 24 hour phone line and work in close collaboration with Holcomb Crisis Intervention of Berks County to provide access to crisis intervention 24 hours a day. This includes in office, phone, or text crisis services as needed. Help is always available for individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, and suicidal or homicidal thoughts.
All BCC patients are actively screened for suicide risk.
Upon resolution of a crisis, the goal is to effectively connect the person in crisis to those services he/she needs.
