Decision Support Center

Featuring COMMON GROUND by Pat Deegan

Common Ground is a web-based program that helps empower individuals receiving treatment to be deeply involved with decisions around their treatment and recovery.

The program provides a wealth of resources and education so individuals are prepared with questions and/or concerns when meeting with their psychiatrists. Then, together, they determine the best decisions for their treatment and recovery.

The CommonGround Web-based program invites you to:
  • Complete a health report so you can prepare and discuss questions, concerns, and progress with the Psychiatrist
  • Browse the Recovery Library’s wealth of resources that gives you not only detailed information but also provides a variety of tools (videos, worksheets, community opportunities, etc.) that may assist you with your recovery.
These resources/tools include topics around:
  • Coping with hearing voices
  • Healthy eating
  • Parenting
  • Self-esteem
  • Sleeping better
  • Suicide Prevention
  • Addiction
  • Anger Management
  • Anxiety
  • Depression
  • Grief and loss
  • Exercise
One great advantage of our Decision Support Center is that you’re free to use it every week day if you’d like with no appointment necessary. And if it will help, our Certified Peer Support Specialists are available to help you reach your Recovery goals.
