Outpatient Clinic Primary Care Screening and Monitoring
BCC ‘s physicians, Certified Registered Nurse Practitioners (CRNP), Registered Nurses (RN), medical assistants, wellness care managers, health navigators and clinical care coordinators all work in close collaboration to provide health screening, on-site primary care visits, and wellness supports for the patients we serve.
BCC offers easy access to physical health care and enables our team of wellness and medical professionals to work with our behavioral health specialists in one location.
It allows for a supportive environment to address possible physical health conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, and obesity – all of which can complicate mental health and substance use disorders. As a result, you will experience the benefits of holistic, integrated care.
